1. What is the Bobbi Brown Club?
A. By joining The Bobbi Brown Club, you’ll enjoy radiant rewards and exclusive perks, including a surprise on your birthday. Points on purchases ($1=1) point can earn you various rewards, which may include full-size editions of our most loved products.
2. How do I join The Bobbi Brown Club as a member?
A. You are entitled to join the program when you make a purchase with Bobbi Brown. For every dollar you spend you will be entitled to 1 reward point, subject to The Bobbi Brown Club Terms and Conditions. All you need to do is agree to the program terms and conditions upon registration.
3. How do I earn points with The Bobbi Brown Club?
A. You earn points with every purchase made with Bobbi Brown at participating department stores counters, Bobbi Brown boutiques and Bobbi Brown Lazada Official Store*. For every dollar spent you will be entitled to 1 reward point. $1 = 1 Point
*You will need to enrol in the Program via Lazada or connect your membership on Lazada before you can start earning points
4. For Lazada purchases, when do I receive my points?
A. All points earned from purchases on the Lazada are pending until your order is delivered to you.
5. How do I receive my birthday gift?
A.During your birthday month, you can redeem your Birthday Gift at Bobbi Brown department store counters or boutiques as long as you have provided your birth date in your Member account. You must redeem your Birthday Gift within your birthday month. There is a limit of one Birthday Gift per member per year, and Birthday Gifts cannot be transferred, delayed, exchanged or refunded.
6. To earn birthday month bonus points through a Lazada purchase, do I need to have my Lazada order delivered to me during my birthday month in order to earn double points?
A. You should take note that, even if the delivery date of your Lazada order falls outside your birthday month, as long as the transcation date of your birthday month’s first qualifying purchase on Lazada is within your birthday month, you will still receive 2 points for every 1 dollar spent. For avoidance of doubt however, as all points from purchases on the Lazada are pending until your order is delivered to you, should you transact in a store counter or boutique before your Lazada order is updated as “delivered”, your counter or boutique transaction shall be considered as the first qualifying purchase eligible for double points, not the Lazada transaction.
7. When will my points expire?
A. Your points are valid until 30 June each year, with the 1st points expiry date being 30 June 2025. After which, your points will reset to 0 as of 1 July along with a new membership cycle. You will be notified 1 to 3 months prior to expiry, so that you don't miss out on your points reward redemptions. Expired products will not be recovered, refunded or reinstated and these expired unused points will no longer be exchangeable for rewards.
8. Can I exchange my points for products outside of the rewards program?
A. Your points are only entitled for exchange based on reward tier offering. In the event that rewards are not available it would be at the brand's discretion to provide an alternative with similar value. Points are not eligible for cash or product exchanges. You may reach out to any of our Bobbi Brown Beauty Advisors in stores to find out more.
9. When will I get to redeem my rewards with points?
A. You can redeem when you have sufficient points to make a redemption.
10. Where can I go to view my points balance?
A. Points balance summaries will be included in selected communications. You may also choose to review points in store by reaching out to our Bobbi Brown Beauty Advisors. If you link your membership on Lazada, you will be able to view your points balance via the "Member" tab.
11. I was in a rush with my purchase and did not advise the Bobbi Brown Beauty Advisor of my membership upon my purchase, am I still eligible to earn points for my purchase?
A. Unfortunately no, points can only be accumulated at the point of purchase.
12. Can I share my membership and/or points and benefits with my family or friends?
A. No. Only the member paying for the products may accumlate points and benefits.
13. I realised I have 2 memberships, can I combine this into a single program and have the points consolidated?
A. Yes you may, all you need to do is to seek assistance from our Bobbi Brown Beauty Advisors for assistance. Do note it may take up to 7 working dates for merge to be complete.
14. Is The Bobbi Brown Club applicable around the world or in Asia?
A. The Bobbi Brown Club is currently only available for Singapore, non-airport and non-third party retailer purchases. Purchases made in airport stores, third party retailers and retail stores outside of Singapore are not eligible purchases for the purpose of this program. Purchases made in airport stores, third party retailers and retail stores outside of Singapore are not eligible purchases for the purpose of this program.
15. Can I choose to not be part of The Bobbi Brown Club after registering my interest?
A. We will be sorry to understand that you would not like to be part of the program and rewarded. At anytime you feel that the program does not suit your needs you can apply to opt out of the program by email at info.sg@bobbibrown.com.
16. Can I choose to not receive any communications while remaining a member of the The Bobbi Brown Club?
A. You may opt-out of receiving both marketing emails and Program-related emails at any time by following the instructions provided in the email and as otherwise provided in our Brand Site Privacy Policy , but operational communications will still be sent to you as they relate to your membership in the Program. Examples of these include, but are not limited to, redemption confirmation emails, profile update emails, or other communications that relate to your account. If you terminate your Program membership, you will no longer receive any Program-related communications.
17. As a member who enrolled at a participating Bobbi Brown department stores counter or boutique, can I earn points on my Lazada transactions made before I linked my membership?
A. Unfortunately, no, points can only be earned on Lazada after linking your membership. You can do so via the "Member' tab.
